The Sunday 6/5/16 800 AM EDT Atlantic Tropical Weather Outlook indicates a 90% chance for the system near the Yucatan Peninsula to develop into a tropical depression or tropical storm later today and a reconnaissance aircraft will be investigating the system later today. The system could potentially bring tropical storm force conditions to portions of the Florida peninsula as early as Monday Afternoon and Heavy rainfall is a significant threat with this system. The VoIP Hurricane Net Management team will continue to closely monitor the progress of this system. The Tropical Weather Outlook and if advisories are initiated on this system later today can be found off of the Main Menu of the voipwx.net web site, via the voipwxnet Facebook and Twitter feeds and via the National Hurricane Center web site which is at the following link:
