As we enter the heart of tornado season now, if you haven’t had Skywarn Spotter Training in awhile, it may be time for a refresher. Most National Weather Service Offices have finished their Skywarn Spotter Training classes for the spring, but you can still take an online course. Search for ONLINE STORM SPOTTER TRAINING — and look for the link with MetEd in it. The course takes approximately 2 hours to complete, and is accepted by most National Weather Service offices in lieu of an in person course.
