TD #4 Becomes Tropical Storm Colin

TD #4 is now Tropical Storm Colin with maximum sustained winds of 40 MPH. Colin is the third Tropical Storm of the 2010 Atlantic Hurricane Season. Colin is expected to intensify further but fall short of hurricane strength over the 5-day period. At this time, Colin is no threat to land but interested in the Northern Leeward Islands should monitor the progress of Colin over the next several days.
