Tropical Depression (TD) 2 Becomes Tropical Storm Barry in the Bay of Campeche

Tropical Depression (TD) 2 has now become Tropical Storm Barry in the Bay of Campeche with Tropical Storm Warnings in affect for a portion of the Eastern Mexico coastline. This system is expected to intensify a bit more but still is not expected to become a hurricane so no VoIP Hurricane Net activation is anticipated.
