Rafael has an uncertain future over the Gulf of Mexico in terms of both track and intensity but is not expected to threaten land over the next 5 days. The VoIP Hurricane Net management team will closely monitor the progress of Rafael and any other developments in the Tropics. Thanks to all for their continued support of the VoIP Hurricane Net!
