With no imminent tropical cyclone formation expected during the next 7 days in the Atlantic basin (one area of disturbed weather being monitored in the Central Tropical Atlantic with a 20% chance for development) and the US Labor Day Holiday Weekend, the VoIP Hurricane Prep Net for Saturday 8/31/24 will be canceled to allow US Amateur Radio Operators that support our net to enjoy the long holiday weekend. The next VoIP Hurricane Prep Net will be Saturday 9/7/24 at 8 PM EDT. Have a great holiday weekend and thanks to all for their continued support of the VoIP Hurricane Net!
