Comments: I look south towards a popular housing area on the side of a mountain and I can see that the enter area is in a black out. I’ve gotten reports that there are power outages in areas all over the island. Here’s a video Chris shot from the top of Mount Hardy at the northern extreme of St. Lucia. It was blowing an easy 30 knots sustained with higher gusts at the time which was 6.00 pm.
